Customize me.

So A) I haven't had a blog post in forevs and B) I haven't posted any of the tees & onesies I've whipped up in the last few months so I am going to list them kind of in the order I did them...months ago. Oooops, mah bad. At least you get to look at some of the cutest models ever!

So who isn't obsessed with this song?! (Yeah yeah I know it's so 6 months ago...like when I made the tanks but I am still lovin' me some Iggy!) Well if you are not, I am not really sure why.  It's my ringtone, Crosby stops in his tracks & immediately starts dancing when he hears it, & I could listen to it on repeat. So that being said, I knew I had to make a shirt with lyrics from this song.  My guinea pig is usually Crosby (and while he is for sure going to have this shirt at some point) but I decided this time it would be one of my other favorites, sweet Scarlett! I took a boring white tank and dyed it ombre style.  Pretty sure she is so fancy and totally rocks this tank. A friend of a friend saw Scarlett's tank and wanted one for herself and her little boy Hudson. I love a good "mommy & me matching" situation. She also has a life & style blog (Fox Den Blog) with killer posts so y'all should go check her out!

For my favorite little Baylor fan, Jack

The shirts below were made for a one of my oldest friends who is a singer! She had an album release party and wanted all of her nieces/nephews to be able to wear a shirt too...so the design was not made by me (it's fabulous though isn't it?!) but I painted the shirts.

Texas is my favorite but I made an exception for this cutie...one of my oldest greatest friends lives in OKC and wanted a onesie for her sweet little girl so I went against better judgement and made her this (with lots of love!)

We all know my love for Mean Girls so this design was totally necessary.  I made it for my friend and fellow "mean girl" Genny for her bday, with the intentions of also making one for myself haha! We aren't afraid to match...

19. 20.

Crosby is 20 months…say whaaa?! Only 4 months away from being two…and suuuuure acting like it! He is smart, full of energy & personality and has a mind of his own.  Part of me is loving this age and part of me is counting down until it's over. Days like yesterday when he was funny & sweet giving me kisses all day were the best.  Days like last Saturday when he whined, wouldn't nap, and kept doing EVERYTHING I said not to, made me want to pull my hair out…BUT I still wouldn't trade it for anything!

The tank Cros is wearing in his 20 month pic, I whipped up for him.  Clay & Jack (his friend from work) are constantly talking about working out and making fun of each other saying "you even lift bro?" so I just had to put that on a shirt!

Pop, Lock & Drop It.

These tanks were made for one of my favorite tiny people...Perry! When her mama, Charla, said she needed some new tanks for summer AND that I could put whatever I wanted on them, I got pretty excited.  I knew one of them had to be a rap one (duh.) and we also all know how I feel about Texas so that was #2 then I was stumped for the third.  Arrows seem to be all the rage right now so I drew some up and voila.

Pretty sure Crosby is going to need the "Y'all" tee as well. Then he and Perry will look simply adorable ruling the streets of Keller together this summer.

On Instagram Straight Flexin'

So I have some new shirts to share...between work and just being crazy busy I haven't blogged in forever. That seems to be a going theme: I blog pretty steadily for awhile then disappear for awhile.  I've really got to get more consistent with it!!! So anyways, first shirt is Crosby's Trinidad James shirt.  We ALL know I love LOVE rap and maybe the more inappropriate the better, I just can't help it! Sorry I am not sorry.   The song is called "All Gold Everything" and there is a line in the song that says "on Instagram Straight Flexin'" so I thought it was pretty fitting for this kid. [He looks like such a G right?! Haha]

For Allie's sweet girls Emerson & Madison, I made some Texas Love tanks.  Allie paired them with the cutest yellow/white chevron bubble shorts to wear for their bluebonnet pictures this year. Just realized I should have snagged one of them off facebook....

One of my good friends wanted a shirt to announce her pregnancy and she is a serious runner....like ran in the Boston Marathon last year serious, so I made her this shirt to wear in the announcement picture and to wear while she runs for the next few months.

Scarlett, one of my favorite little girls, turned one a few weeks ago so when I was deciding what to get her as a gift I knew I wanted to make her a few shirts.  I knew she would be getting toys and probably tons of super cute clothes so I decided to get her some play clothes and jazz 'em up a bit. Her mom, Kayci, is a die-hard Beyonce fand (I mean, who isn't) so I had to do a little shout out to Bey's Destiny's Child days and make Scarlett her own "Bootylicious" tank.

I also made her a shirt that has a quote from one of my & Kayci's FAVORITE movies.  We can basically only watch it with each other or by ourselves because we drive people crazy because we know every word.  Literally, start to finish, the whole movie including songs...If you have never seen it and are in the mood for an awesome 80's flick, I HIGHLY recommend it!

There's a line in the movie where they are trying to figure out if they know the same guy by his red Camaro and the character Daryl says:

Yeah, but do a lot of people have the license plate “So Cool”?

The movie is set in Chicago, but I obvi had to throw in a little Texas love and make Scarlett's license plate a TX one.

I have some more shirts/onesies in the works and I will be sharing soon. School is slowing down and summer is approaching so my goal is to try to blog at least twice a week.

Valentine's Recap 2014

We had a great Valentine's Day this year! It was super low-key and we just hung out at the house. Crosby's school had a little Valentine's party and they had mailboxes to put their valentines from their classmates in.  Of course, I couldn't just be a normal human being and go to the store and buy a package of valentine's, I had to make them of course.  For his class I did what you see below minus the red scalloped border...what you see below is what he sent to his little lady friends, I just printed the valentine a little bit bigger and then I glued it to these plain red cards that I found in the dollar section at Target.

For his party he also needed a custom valentine tee as well! I bought this tee back in January at Old Navy and then brainstormed for weeks on what to put on it....the hubs helped me narrow it down to "How you doin?!" (Like Joey on Friends of course!)

He had a little too much fun in the cupcake frosting at his party and it got all over his clothes so he spent the rest of the day in play clothes.  He had fun opening up his little Valentine gifts...his obsession with Mickey continues and we bought him a Mickey tee and 2 little Mickey board books.

Since Valentine's Day was on Friday and I had to work {lame}, I did his "festive" breakfast on Saturday morning instead. By festive I mean a heart donut with sprinkles, strawberries, and milk out of a cute straw! :)

Hope everyone had a lovely Valentine's Day! XOXO.
